Actually you need to have the best customer support at this time, be talking with clients almost everyday, keep the accounts doing other activities as comments, stories & welcome messages and they should be just fine. I don’t know how you deal with your clients but I’ve not any issue with a single customer here, all of them are totally IN, they need to understand that they’re with you and you’re one of the best in market. There is many many negative reviews on the internet lately about your competition so if they want to move to other service, just show them some negative reviews to understand that this is not with your company only.

Having followed this thread since the issues occurred…
On the 4th June we can all agree there was a major wave of follow blocks…
which affected automation tools and manual actions on Instagram.
All of my accounts are still blocked when trying to follow (and recently Comment) on the automation tools I use… but everything works fine when manually following/commenting on the Instagram app.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
Could just be a mixture of API issues and limit changes.
Maybe more sophisticated IP activity or bot detection.
Costumers love being held updated. They wanna know what’s going on. Having SLAs on how often you notify and keeping your costumers informed about the situation in general. That means you gotta stay updated aswell. And give them hints on alternative methods for growing engagement.
You gotta be true to yourself. Are you really doing everything in your power to make this work for them? If you say yes, then at the end of the story, where do your costumers wanna go? Any other platform will be facing exactly same challenges atm.
If you stay loyal to your costumers, they will stay loyal to you.
I’m monitoring today but till yesterday not a single one between 447 accounts. And you’re talking about those API blocks, not a follow or like block, those blocks are not a real account follow/like/comment block and yes It appear here and there but to be clear, it has not started yesterday 29th June, it started days ago already and to avoid or resolve this issue you need to use high quality proxies (normally mobile or residential), reset ID and turn on activities on EB and you should be fine.
But let’s see… Did you checked the EB or in mobile phone if the accounts are working? If it’s blocked there, then you got a F-Block/L-Block.
I am having same difficulties. Comments action says action block until I reset id. Today I noticed most of my accounts are on temporary block. Are there any solutions yet? If this keeps going on, I might be out of business soon.
Are you using Api or eb based automation software?
Have you tried commenting through IG app or Web browser? Is it working? If so, you got your source of problem. You automation tool it is.
I’m using Henry Cooper mobile 1:1. I have not reset the device IDs because I was nervous that could flag something.
I am able to perform all the actions in the app, but I have an action block only in Jarvee for following. I was only following and I following although not at the same time. Never liking or commenting or other activity. Staying under 170 follows per day.
All my blocks came in the last 15 hours. It seems a lot of other people experienced the same.
The error in Jarvee I have is the same Action Block we had from June 4.
What would you recommend I do?
Thank you very much for your help. You always have great advice here.
Update:
All The accounts That could follow via API after the ID reset are blocked after 24h and can perform only VIA EB now & this includes:
Accounts running in home IPs.
Accounts running in 4g proxies.
Accounts running Residential IPs.
Accounts running in DC IPs.
The settings are really very soft!!
Seem All the data trend to make us think that this problem is related to the way IG algorithms interpret actions coming from our tool’s API and react to them!
Same here. The ones unblocked from June 4 are now again blocked from the recent API wave occured 15 hours ago too. Both API and EB for me. Tried to reset IDs after few follows boom back to blocked. Sad for me.
