Two of my accounts just got hit today with that
Are you able to recover the account or it is still showing the same “thanks for providing your info” message
I waited for 3 days more then 72 hours and still it is like this.
I tried to fill in the appel form but they dont let me submit by saying “please confirm it is you in Instagram”
A few of my accounts are disabled after getting that notification. I’m waiting on a few bigger accounts, but have a feeling they will go too. A man can dream though!
Here they tell me username doesn’t exist and I haven’t received an email that I changed my username and o didnt change it
This happened to my account on Tuesday
I kept on trying to log in
But it didn’t work… but I haven’t tried to log in since yesterday

They should get back to you within 24 hours. Can you try to log in again? It it says account disabled, you can submit an appeal form through this link https://help.instagram.com/contact/1652567838289083
Whenever I try that
It doesn’t show my username
Says error
I tried to log in now after 24hours it’s saying the same thing
And then I tried to appeal
It says my username isn’t correct
Am so scared
Have I lost the account
It accepted the username
And then it said the account doesn’t belong to inactive user
That the account is still active
What do I do now
It’s been this way since Monday

There’s another way to contact Instagram [MAY/JUNE 2020 FIX] "Help Us Confirm You Own This Account" [SOLUTION] I’m not 100% sure if it will solve your issue. But it’s worth a try.
