Hai i got a same problem here and i already waiting for 24 hours but nothing change when im trying to appeal deactivate form i cannot put my username because i put a wrong format but iam sure u put it on the right format so i dont know what to do anyone have any suggestion ?

It’s not cuz the form is having problem it’s cuz our Instagram account is disabled.only after their review we can submit the form until then we can’t mine also gone today 24h review. If my account didn’t Disabled by them I will get a chance to send that form or do a review…ig

I don’t think so. I have gone through the review stage. They sent an email saying to put details. I did the first then they sent me a code to write out on a sheet of paper at take a picture with it. I did that but after that they sent email to appeal their decision to permanently disabled it. The user name part doesn’t go through. So I believe it is a problem with their forms. I have tried back and forth

Not at all. They just said I violated their guidelines and rules which I didn’t. I post twice a week and respond manually to the clients who want/need feedback

This just happened to me few mins ago and I’m so worried . Got the account April 2019 … I’m scared to log in the other accounts on the phone I don’t know if this will happen also
