That is one of the standard rejection message, so nothing to be scared of.
In general: as long as you can appeal an account, you can get lucky and recover it. Though chances might be slimmer and you are mostly depending on the reviewer making a โmistakeโ by reactivating it

Hi there!! My account got disabled on Jan 1, 2021 and I never got any email like that. Did you get that email right when your account got disabled or was after a certain period of time since your account got disabled? Iโm confused 
How many unbans the last 7 days and how appeals did it take to get those accounts back?

Each account is different, hence each unban will be somewhat different. Currently, the appeal system is working at a normal rate.
But the answer is 20 in the last 7 days, many of those accounts have been running for around 2 weeks. Some (3) ran over 40/50 days.
I had 12 accounts banned, 2 of them were unbanned after 2 weeks, 7 accounts after 47 days, 1 account after 49 days and I still have 2 accounts that have been in the service for 85 days.
The service works well, years ago when I did it manually I remember everything was faster, but such a service is appreciated.
The only thing I hope is that Instagram doesnโt take long to return my accounts, it hurts when you only pay for 2 unban slots

Is all your account unbanned by recap or you do it manually? Bcause you said last year you did it manually and faster.
A couple of them manually, but I prefer not to waste time on something like this. So most accounts with Recap.

Thank you for the answerโฆ i am confuse, a few hour ago, i contact the facebook support, he call me and talk to me explain to me to leave it for a moment, because now if i submit appeal it will not work. He told me to wait a good oppurtunity to submit appeal again. I ask him is my account will get deleted he said not, and i ask there is a posible to get my account back he said yes, that is posible, but now just wait he said. So i am confuse, i has been sent appeal regulary each day and sometimes got reply that said i have violating they policy and sometimes there was no reply, but the reply is same tell me that i am violating they policy. I am really confuse it better to let it be for a moment or just continue to sent the appeal? Can someone help me?
Small Update 07/18/2021 
We have added ะฎMoney/Yoomoney (formerly know as Yandex.Money) as a payment method to Recap. This should primarily help all of our Russian 
customers to a better/easier payment experience (outside of Crypto/Skrill/Stripe/Wise)
The procress is currently still manual, but we are working with Yoomoney to get verified for YooKassa asap
You will be shown the current USD/RUB conversion rate during the checkout screen, to make it even easier to send the correct amount.

Including one case where the account was reactivated but shortly after was banned again - so always make sure to log in asap to fix any obvious issues with your accounts, such s deleting problematic posts. The algorithm knows no mercy.

Iโve got an account disabled that was NSFW promo account but all the actual feed photos were non-nudity, tho very suggestive. The link takes me to the page where it says:
Weโre unable to restore accounts that are deleted for these types of violations.
Can I still try to recover it? Or its not worth even to try? Thanks.
Edit no automation was used on the account apart from DMs and very safe settings as well. So I think the acc got reported or IG didnโt like it.
My experience is these are still recoverable despite what that notice says.
