For a small B2B business, I’d prioritize the founder’s LinkedIn profile for perspective and conversation, while keeping the company page active as the business’s durable home.
The founder can explain why a customer problem matters, share a decision they’re thinking through, and reply as a person. The company page is better for product updates, proof, and work the team can stand behind over time. They don’t need matching posts: a company update might announce a new resource, while the founder shares the question that prompted it and invites discussion.
If time is tight, which is harder for your business right now: finding a founder perspective worth sharing, or keeping the company page useful?
