Try contacting microsoft support https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/ to recover your hotmail account. I think that’s the only way to regain access to your IG account .

I figured it out, thats the 2FA enabled on that email and phone number, but I lost access to them, but again I have my recovery codes saved. But dont know where to type them in ?
For that email, its not existing anymore due to inactivity, it cant be recovered aswell as the phone for the 2FA.
Again I have recovery codes saved, it should be a way to recover with them…

It’s hard to solve the help us confirm you own the account issue when you don’t have access to the old email anymore. You can try to contact IG by submitting a support request form. Check out this thread:
