My Instagram tells me that & I forgot my password used to log in with my Facebook. It’s been like that for 5 days now anyone has any help ? Please

Don’t see anything where the person don’t know that password . Have you experienced this before ?
I created the account like 4 years ago . The contact number and email address are not in use . So I can’t get the reset password link
did you tried to press the blue button “change password” ?

you still got access to the email your account is connected with?
I did try this , but I don’t know my current password . I used to use my Facebook details to always log in or my fingerprint
I don’t have access to the email & number . So I’m stuck
Try to log in from browser with your facebook acc
Gives me the same error even if I use a different device
If you lost the access to the og email and phone attached to it, and you don’t remember the current password then I guess that complicates things.
Did you had your acc connected to any automation software?
You could also try to search in chrome - settings - passwords, maybe is saved there somewhere…
I had it connect to a app to see who don’t follow back & I was using the app to unfollow than this happen . Thank you I’ll check now

This often happens with apps and bots and it is quite a common message since june we are all battling it. Change your password and rest your account for a couple of days. The forum is full with threads on this exact topic. See here:
How many accounts do you have running on your software? I have 130 and 16 currently have account compromised message.
I have a theory. I know people that are not running into account compromised message. They have only 5 accounts running on their software. Compared to me, with 130. It may be possible for Instagram to link the accounts we have connected to Jarvee.
In the AC message, they’re pretty blunt about an account “sharing their account login with a service to gain more followers/likes”.

This is getting a bit ridiculous. It’s totally random to which accounts are effected and seems Instagram doesn’t even know why some accounts get blocks and some don’t. About 10% of my accounts get account compromised. And a lot are now just skipping compromised messages and getting hard 7 day blocks. Both these messages are very aggressive.

What do you do after you get a client account compromised? got 2 clients compromised for the first time, what actions should I take now, how much time until I will log it to J again, how to warm up to avoid another message, Is the compromised message coming back for the second time? etc. etc.
Looks like IG means business as users who received the compromised notification are beginning to receive 7 day blocks. Is anyone else seeing this? I’ve begun to clear cookies/reset device id’s after entering the new password just wondering is anyone doing anything else?

A friend just shared it on Facebook so I’m trying to find out if more people have seen this or maybe even if previously followblocked accounts might be getting this message.
Hey, many of my clients get “your account was compromised” I consider it’s because of the follow bot, how to prevent this message, I mean what do I have to do so my clients won’t get this message? (Because you have only one option of changing the pw)

The only one rule: Please do not mention any software names on the thread.
This solution is not for new accounts created recently, it’s is only for client accounts(specially older) that was follow blocked on 4th and 29th june.
I’m consulting here with many SMM companies and I’ve helped them to solve the follow block issue for 623 accounts (updated 19th july) on the last days and I’m pretty sure I’ve find the solution that will work for many of you, if I missed something I’ll add later on.
